Cooperation

The Central Hematology Laboratory has cooperated with The Institute for the Care of Mother and Child at Prague Podolí and The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Prague. The current research evaluates the effectiveness of prophylaxis with LMWH in pregnancy, including the monitoring of potential risks of bleeding.

Due to cooperation with The 2nd Department of Internal Cardiovascular Medicine the significance of polymorphisms is being evaluated / CYP4V2 (rs13146272), SerpinC1 (rs2227589) and PEAR-1 (rs41299597, rs11264579, rs2768759) and LPA mutations (rs3798220) and chromosome 9 (9 p 21.3; rs10757274) / in relation to heart attack in young people aged under 55, event. to additional complications after PCI.

The Study of the thrombophilic mutations of FV Leiden and prothrombin in patients on kidney transplant waiting list in the Czech Republic is carried out together with the The Transplantcentre IKEM in Prague.

The research of genetically determined disorders of hemostasis in patients with disease of atherosclerotic cardiovascular origin and their prevalence in our population was held in cooperation with the Center for Cardiovascular Prevention of the 1st Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and Thomayer University Hospital (Czech post-MONICA study).
